Job Description

Position: HR Recruiting Coordinator


  • Delivering exceptional candidate care experience through by meeting and greeting candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel logistics, handling candidate expenses
  • Coordinate with Executive Level Leader calendars with diligence as well as overall calendars of interview mix for Phone calls, Video Calls, F2F, etc. 
  • Driving the reporting and approval process of new hires • Managing the on-boarding communications with new hires
  • Support Monthly events for intra-company meet ups.
  • Supporting the intern program by developing a memorable intern program of activities and providing reporting support 


Note about group: We call ourselves “ People Ops” because our dual focus is on people and operations. We are part of the HR organization that supports the innovation group within the organization. Our primary focus is to provide recruiting support to our internal client groups. However, our small and elite team goes beyond that mission. We also take an active role in supporting our colleagues in providing an outstanding onboarding training, and culture development for the organization.


Position is based in San Jose office, but will need to commute to Menlo Park location as needed to provide support at that location.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited university.
  • Exceptional strong written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Mature, self-confident • Detail-oriented
  • Multi-tasking master. Focused and efficient. 
  • Proactive, responsive
  • Takes accountability, ownership and responsibility for one’ s actions. Unafraid to admit to mistakes (we all make them.)
