  • Answer phones and attend to the needs of the members who call with questions. Some calls may involve requests about a restaurant or a store. 
  • Internet savvy for research. 
  • Mailings to new members. 
  • Update website with events Creative fliers.
  • Bank deposits are done every Friday.  
  • Processing credit card payments. 
  • Free - Parking. 
Must have excellent communications - verbal, written and listening skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Constant Contact is highly desirable Great attention to details Positive, dependable and professional Ability to relate well with all in the community   Note:   The office is typically very quiet and you must be able to work alone while the President attends meetings.
