Our Client is growing and hiring a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.


Reporting directly to the Office Manager in this role:
- Bring your general front desk, office, and administrative experience
- Greeting visitors, phones and mail
- Supporting the analysts light administrative needs
- Scheduling the meeting and conference rooms
- Prepare expense reports
- Making domestic and international travel arrangements (some training will be provided)
- Provide back-up to the Office Manager


Must be self-motivated, dependable, and flexible

Customer Service skills

Proficient Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to pass a background check

2 to 4 years office experience
