Our client is an early stage startup and we are looking for an Office Manager to join our their team. You will be responsible for making sure the offices run smoothly.
This is a long term temp assignment: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4-8 hours per day
You can do this by maintaining and ordering office supplies, organizing bonding activities, support our executive team when needed and welcome anyone who walks into the office.
Manage office ambience and cleanliness, Oversee office budget and staff, Communicate with building management about rules and issues, Oversee inventory of supplies (food, cleaning, office supplies, swag), Research and plan team activities and events (catered lunches, holiday parties), Other administrative tasks, Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and process invoices.
Some of the responsibilities would be making sure snacks and kitchen is well stocked, light scheduling/EA duties, event and culture planning.
