Our Client in Palo Alto has an immediate need for 3 Front Desk Assistants.
You will need to bring excellent customer service/hospitality skills with you. This is a temporary assignment through September 30, 2017 with a possibility of extension if you are available through November 22, 2017.
We are interviewing this week and the positions are scheduled to start August 21, 2017.
This position requires strong communication skills - verbal, written, and listening.
The ability to take direction and follow through.
You must have solid computer skills and be proficient in Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
A background check is required.
