Computer Support Analyst
3-6 month assignment


Up to $40 per hour

 

Learn and understand departmental software critical to business unit success in order to successfully resolve application issues with proprietary software.

Troubleshoot hardware and software in a point-of-sale, PCI compliant environment.

Order and support telecommunication devices such as smart phones and tablets.

Participate in on-call rotation.

 

 

Skills and Experience

 

Prefer someone who was worked in a technical help desk, desktop support, or call center environment.

 

Knowledge and experience in a PCI compliant support environment

 

Prefer someone who has provided both hardware and software related end user support
